WALA habitats

Pounamu have been learning about habitats. Our last task in the inquiry was to create a habitat in a shoe box. Rooms 5 and 8 collaborated to choose and animal and design an appropriate habitat. The habitat had to provide food, water and shelter that was suitable. Many children chose kiwis and lizards following our amazing Mount Bruce trip, however unicorns and hedgehogs were also popular choices. Here are photos of some of our creations. More to come later!
